The Tree House is a beautiful 3 story cedar-sided cabin with a lofted bedroom, full kitchen, walk-out basement/entertainment room and 1 1/2 baths.  Fully surrounded by decks with private lake, fountain, and forest views, the tree house sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children.  The full kitchen and dining room have an open floor plan and large sliding glass doors which open onto the west-facing second-story deck over the lake.  The paver patio also has a lake and fountain view. 

 
You're only minutes away from Carbondale or Murphysboro and full access to over 95 acres of farmland.  The Tree House provides the best of all worlds.
 
 
Tree House Details
 
The main floor kitchen includes all standard appliances and a dish washer.  The quartz countertop has a sunken sink facing the lake view and bar-style eating area.  There is also a full dining room set which can seat 6 and is also bar-style height.  The full bath on the main level has a pedestal sink, and a tub/shower with a low-flow hand-held sprayer.  The lofted bedroom is decorated with solid wood, mission style furniture.  The loft features a queen bed, six-drawer dresser, night stand, reading chair and lake view.  The entertainment room is a walk-out basement with a paver patio entrance.  Inside, the room provides another queen bed, large flat-screen TV, extra long couch, loveseat, ottoman, electric fireplace, and 1/2 bath.
