A 50% deposit is required to reserve any of our rentals. If a cancellation is received at least thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date, the deposit will be fully refunded. Any cancellation received less than thirty (30) days will be charged as follows:
        1. If a cancellation is received between 15 and 29 days prior to the check-in date, you will be charged half of the total deposit amount.
        2. If a cancellation is received between 7 and 14 days prior to the check-in date, you will be charged the total deposit amount.
        3. If a cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the check-in date, you will be charged the total reservation amount.
If we are able to re-rent your reserved rental, we may reduce your cancellation charges.

 
Damage Policy:

You are responsible for your belongings, the contents of your rental, as well as any damage that may occur during your stay.

Payment Options:

Payment is accepted in the form of personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. You must have a valid credit card to make a reservation. However, we will accept a personal check as final payment if the check is received 14 days prior to the reservation date. There is a $25 fee if your check is returned and your reservation will then need to be confirmed with a valid credit card.
