Garden Cottage details
The Garden
Cottage is designed to remind us all of
grandma's farm house, with modern bonuses!
The main floor has a full
kitchen open to the main eating area. This
space includes quartz countertops, plenty of
locally made oak cabinets, a large oak farm
table and a matching quartz side buffet area.
The main floor bedroom has a queen bed, large
windows facing the horse barn and sliding glass
doors that open onto the back patio. The main
floor bath is handicapped friendly (although not
fully wheelchair accessible) and has a pedestal
sink and full shower.
The upstairs loft is a great
place to read, write, or just lay on the love
seat and daydream out the large window. The
upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, large window
facing the forest, private water closet
(pedestal sink and toilet) and an air-spa tub in
the room!
The downstairs entertainment
room has a large screen TV, couches, full wet
bar area (BYOB) with quartz countertop,
barstools, and sliding glass doors to the paver
patio. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed,
sliding glass doors to the paver patio, and a
private 1/2 bath. The paver patio extends to
the small pond which is in between the Garden
Cottage and our horse barn.
